The Sprint finds it. £999, fixed, and the written AI Transformation Roadmap is in your hands within a week of our conversation, naming each opportunity and what it would take.
You probably know it already. The business runs and the team is busy, and money still gets left behind: the quote that goes out late, the leads nobody goes back to once the first email fails. You suspect AI could reach some of it. Then the doubts arrive: not technical enough, too new, too confusing, changing too fast. So it sits on the someday list, and the revenue stays where it is.
The Sprint closes the gap between suspecting and knowing. It examines how your business actually works, and you get the answer in writing.
A focused examination of how your business runs, done with you rather than to you. We look at the work itself: what gets done and where it drags. Then we write the Roadmap. Nothing is built during a Sprint, and nothing else is sold during one. If you want help with a next stage afterwards, that is a separate conversation.
Six patterns are what a Sprint goes looking for: jobs rebuilt from scratch every time they recur; information typed twice because two systems do not talk to each other; work that stops and waits on one person; knowledge that lives only in someone’s head; work you turn down for lack of capacity; and subscriptions you already pay for but use shallowly. That last one is worth checking first, because the spend has already happened.
None of these takes new technology to spot. It takes someone going looking, who knows what AI can now do well enough to say which ones are worth acting on. That is the work.
Owner-led firms with a team and real workflows, where the person reading this decides. If that is you, and you want a straight answer on where AI fits before committing to anything bigger, the Sprint was built for exactly that.
If you already have an idea of what you want to do, it is still worth starting here. We would look at how that idea connects to everything else we find, and whether it is the right thing to do first.
If a Sprint is not worth running in your business, we will say so on the call, before you have paid anything.
You get the invoice and a questionnaire on day one. The questionnaire takes about twenty minutes, and half-finished is fine; the gaps become the agenda. Then we talk for an hour or so about how the work actually happens, in your order. After that conversation the clock starts: the Roadmap is in your hands within a week of it.
The AI Transformation Roadmap, delivered as a PDF, yours to keep. It names the opportunities we found, grouped by the part of the business they sit in, each with what it would be worth to you and what it would take to get there. It also says where we would leave AI alone. Every item is ranked high or lower priority with the reason given, so you can argue with the ranking rather than take it on faith. And the figures in it are your figures: nothing goes in the Roadmap that we did not see or were not told.
Fixed. The scope is agreed in writing before we start. No day rate and no scope creep.
If the Roadmap surfaces one workflow that saves your team a few hours a week, it has paid for itself.
The Roadmap stands on its own. If you want help putting an opportunity into practice, implementation and ongoing Concierge support are scoped separately, as is training for your team. Nothing about the Sprint’s price depends on you buying anything after it.
The call is a conversation about whether a Sprint is worth running in your business. If it is not, we will say so.
