How the Sprint
works.
You bring your knowledge of the business. We examine where AI could help and turn the findings into recommendations you can act on.

Tell us about the business.
A questionnaire takes about twenty minutes. We then spend an hour or so discussing how the work happens and what you want the business to achieve. You do not need technical knowledge or a list of tools.

We prepare your Roadmap.
We examine what you have shared and rank the opportunities by their potential value and what they would take. Your written Roadmap arrives within a week of our conversation.

Decide what to put into practice.
Use the recommendations to decide your next move. If you would like help putting one into practice, we can scope that separately. There is no obligation to buy further work from Dux.
What we look at
The details change

If a quote is late because information is missing, faster writing will only solve part of the problem. We would look at how those details reach the person preparing it, as well as whether AI could help with the draft.
The same applies to work you cannot currently take on. We look for what limits your capacity and whether the tools you already pay for could help. Sometimes the useful change is a better process.

Your Roadmap explains each opportunity and what it would take to put it into practice. It gives the reasoning behind the priority, including anything that needs to happen first.
Where your figures support an estimate, we use them to explain what a change could be worth. If the evidence is missing, we say so. You can see where the recommendation comes from and question it.

This covers the Sprint and your written AI Transformation Roadmap. We agree the scope in writing before starting, so you know what you are paying for.
Implementation is separate. You can use the Roadmap independently, or ask us to help with a recommendation afterwards.
Questions about
working with Dux
Is a Sprint the same as an AI audit?
Yes. It is a focused examination of your business and where AI could help. We call it a Sprint because you get a written answer within a week of our conversation.
Why not just ask a chatbot?
A chatbot can be useful for exploring ideas. The Sprint adds an examination of how your business actually operates: we discuss the details with you and test which ideas make sense in that context. You receive our recommendations, with the reasons for their priority and what they would take to put into practice.
Who does the work?
You’ll work directly with Alistair Anthony. He leads the conversation and prepares your Roadmap.
Does the £999 include building anything?
The Sprint covers the examination and written Roadmap. Building a system or introducing a recommendation is a separate piece of work, which we would agree with you before starting.
Do we need to be technical?
No. We will ask about the business and the work your team does. You do not need to choose any tools before we speak.
What if we disagree with the ranking?
Tell us why. The Roadmap gives a reason for each recommendation so you can challenge it. If there is something about the business we did not see, that may change the priority.
