Sometimes the roadmap points to a specific system worth putting in place. If you want help implementing it, we can scope that as a separate project around the way your business already works.

Is an AI Opportunity Sprint the same as an AI audit?
Yes. AI Opportunity Sprint is the public name for Dux's paid AI audit. It is the same service, not a separate offer.
Do I need to know where AI would fit before we speak?
No. You can come with a business goal or simply the feeling that you are probably missing something. We can work out whether there is anything worth pursuing from there.
What do I receive from the Opportunity Sprint?
You receive a written AI Transformation Roadmap to keep. It helps you understand which opportunities are worth acting on and how they could be approached.
Do I have to use Dux for implementation?
No. You can use the roadmap independently. If you want help with implementation, that can be discussed and scoped separately afterwards.
Can I book coaching without completing a Sprint?
Yes. The 8-Week 1:1 Coaching programme is a separate route and does not require an Opportunity Sprint first.
What is the difference between coaching and AI Concierge?
Coaching is a structured eight-week programme designed to make you more capable with AI yourself. AI Concierge is ongoing, high-touch support for clients who want an AI adviser they can consult as questions and decisions arise.
Does AI Concierge include implementation?
No. Concierge gives you continued access to me; implementation is a defined piece of work that we scope separately. A client may use either or both.
You do not need an AI strategy before you get in touch. Start with what you want the business to achieve.
