What it is
Weekly one-to-one sessions over eight weeks, working directly on your business. Much of the work happens in Claude Code and Codex. The aim is that you finish able to build and run your own systems, not depending on us afterwards.
Who it suits
Owners and senior people who want the capability in their own hands rather than done for them. You do not need a Sprint first; coaching stands on its own.
