How the Sprint
works.
We start with a conversation about your business. The Roadmap gives you something specific to act on afterwards.

Tell us about the business.
A short questionnaire helps us prepare. Then we spend an hour or so talking about the work and what you would like to improve.

We prepare your Roadmap.
Within a week of our conversation, you receive a written AI Transformation Roadmap. It explains the opportunities we found and why we would prioritise them.

Decide what to put into practice.
If you would like us to help with an opportunity, we can discuss that separately. You do not need to buy anything else after the Sprint.

Dux is run by Alistair Anthony and Daniel Jolly. You’ll work directly with us, from the first conversation through to the work we agree together.
We want to understand what you are trying to achieve. That might be a more consistent flow of enquiries, or the capacity to take on work your team currently has to turn down.
The Sprint is where we usually start. It gives us time to look at the business properly, so any work we suggest has a reason behind it.

Do we need to know what we want to build?
No. You can come to us with something you would like to improve, even if you have no idea where AI fits. We will discuss whether a Sprint would help you decide.
Can you help with just a website?
Yes. If you have a website project in mind, tell us about it. We can discuss the content and enquiry journey with you, then agree the scope before work starts.
Do you still offer AI training?
Yes. We offer eight weeks of bespoke one-to-one AI coaching for people who want to build the capability themselves. You do not need a Sprint first.
