About this demo
This is an example of the kind of outreach system we’d set up for you. It shows one cold-email campaign for Halsall Grieve HR, a firm offering HR support to small firms, with every firm found, checked, written to and followed up in one place.
The steps follow how the real system works:
- It finds firms from public sources, such as business listings and Companies House.
- Before writing, it checks that the firm has not been contacted before or opted out, that the company is active and the right kind and size, who the owner is, and that the address is the owner’s own.
- It writes the first email only from public facts it has checked, each with its page and date. A draft that fails its check is rewritten once, then held for a person.
- Follow-ups go on day 3 and day 7. When someone replies, the rest stop and a person takes the conversation. An opt-out blocks the address and the firm’s domain for good.
This page was built to show those steps. Dux runs the same system for its own outreach.
Halsall Grieve, the firms it writes to, their people, the public facts and the messages are examples, and nothing is sent. The buttons only change this page.
