About this demo
This is an example of the kind of handover system we’d set up for you. When a client accepts a scope, it checks the record, writes the delivery brief, sets the owners’ tasks and drafts the invoice, all in one place for a person to confirm.
The checks, delivery brief, owner tasks and invoice draft shown were produced by the handover system from these two example records.
What the handover system does
- Reads one accepted scope record, plus the delivery and finance facts supplied with it.
- Takes the service, price and owners only from the firm's approved lists, and works out the VAT from its pricing rule.
- Never turns a preference such as “November” into a date, and never invents an invoice detail such as a number or tax code.
- Prepares the delivery pack and drafts the invoice for QuickBooks Online UK import, or holds the invoice and says what is missing.
- Waits for a person to confirm the handover. The invoice still needs the finance owner's review before any import.
Alderbridge Learning, Northmere Advisory and everyone named here are examples. Nothing is connected, sent or imported, and confirming or holding only changes this page.
