This is an example of the kind of comment-reply system we’d set up for you. Every commenter on a post is screened, and every public reply and follow-up message is drafted, in one place for a person to approve.
The decisions and drafts here were written for this demo and follow the steps the real system takes on a post like this one.
What the real system does
When a post offers something free, such as a guide or a checklist, to anyone who comments, the system screens each commenter. It sets aside competitors and people unlikely to buy, and for the rest it drafts the public reply and the follow-up message that delivers the resource. A person approves every one before anything goes out. Approved follow-ups are then delivered through the firm’s outreach tool.
Try it
- The strip at the top is every comment on the post, in order, coloured by what the system decided.
- Open a commenter to see the decision, the reason for it, the drafted public reply and the follow-up message.
- Approve or hold. Undo puts a commenter back.
- Open Set aside to see who was screened out, and why nothing is drafted for them.
Brackenlow Advisory and every commenter are examples. Nothing is posted or sent: Approve, Hold and Set aside only change this page.
